Customer Service Representative Wanted

About the Role

As a customer service representative, you will:

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
Assist customers with questions, orders, and complaints.
Provide professional service and find solutions that meet customer needs.
Manage customer cases in our systems.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who

Has strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
Is service-oriented, positive, and responsible.
Is proficient with computers.
Can work independently and in a structured manner.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
